Returns & Refunds

If you want to return an item please contact us at within 14 days of receiving your goods. All products requiring a refund must be returned in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns that have been opened due to hygiene reasons. If you are making a return because you have changed your mind about the product then you will be responsible for paying the postage for both the original delivery and the return.

Faulty or Damaged items

If you receive a product in less than perfect condition we will issue you with a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at within 3 days of receipt to arrange this. You may be asked to provide photos of the problem.

Shipping & Taxes

Unfortunately we are only able to deliver to England, Scotland and Wales at this time.

We process and ship all orders Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5.00pm.

We will post to the address you supply when placing your order, please make sure this is the correct information to avoid additional charges for re-posting. 

We use Royal Mail 2nd class as standard for our deliveries. Their stated delivery time is 2 - 3 days from receipt of parcel. If you are ordering a gift to be delivered direct to a recipient please be aware of the shipping timeframes. If you need your items in a hurry then please select express shipping at checkout.

All taxes and shipping costs will be added to your cart at checkout.


We accept all major credit cards. We do not currently offer gift vouchers.
